Why do I need to validate my account?

Players must verify their accounts in line with Estonian regulations.

Account validation ensures:

• Minors and vulnerable players cannot access services
• Each player has only one account
• Fraud and duplicate accounts are reduced

How do I validate my account?

To complete account validation:

• Complete the Real Money form.
• Complete the population registration check.
• Upload an ID document.

 

Step 1: Complete the Real Money form

What do I need to do in the Real Money form?

Enter your personal details.

What can I do to complete validation on the first try?

• Have the national ID code (isikukood) available.
• Most fields allow up to 85 characters.
• Street name allows up to 150 characters.
• House numbers and ZIP or postal codes allow up to 20 characters.
• House numbers cannot be 0, 00, 000, or similar.
• Check that all information is correct before moving to the next step.

 

Step 2: Population registration check

What is the population registration check?

An identity check required by the Estonian regulator.

What happens after the population registration check?

• If successful:
  → You must upload an ID document to continue
• If under 21:
  → Only Play Money games are available
• If identity cannot be verified:
  → A message will appear with next steps

 

Step 3: Validate your account with documents

What restrictions apply until verification is complete?

Real money transactions are not available

How do I upload my ID document?

After completing the Real Money form, follow the steps below to upload ID documents.

1. Select the document type
2. Take a photo or upload a file
3. Select ‘Retry’ if an error appears
4. Select ‘Confirm’ once accepted

• The ID is valid
• Details match the Real Money form
• All details are clear and legible
• All four corners are visible
• The full document is visible
• Use a plain background
• Ensure good lighting and avoid glare

• Driver’s license
• Passport

What happens if electronic checks fail?

• The account is restricted from real money transactions
• A message will explain the issue

Why might verification fail?

• The system identifies the player as under 21
• The system cannot verify identity due to incorrect details

What should I do if verification fails?

• Check and correct your personal details
• Contact the population register if needed
• Try the verification process again
