WebMoney is an online payment system that allows you to deposit and withdraw quickly and securely from your PokerStars account.

To create a WebMoney account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the WebMoney website and choose 'Sign Up'.
2. Choose which version of the WebMoney Keeper software you want to use: WinPro, WebPro or Standard.
   • WM WinPro (Classic) is their downloadable desktop app.
   • WM WebPro (Light) connects to the WebMoney System through your internet browser. You'll need to verify your details.
   • WM Standard (Mini) allows you a maximum balance and withdrawal of USD 200* after you create a basic account with a login and password.
3. Fill out the necessary information and press 'Proceed'. You'll get emailed a code to your registered email address. Enter this code on the registration screen.
4. After you finish the registration process, you'll need to create and top up a WebMoney Z purse (WMZ).
5. You can use the funds in your WMZ purse to deposit on PokerStars.

* With WM Keeper Standard, you can't have a purse balance of more than $200 and won't be able to withdraw more than that amount. If you have a balance in your Z purse, WebMoney will consider that balance towards the withdrawal. For example, if you have $50 in your Z purse, the maximum you could withdraw to the WebMoney Keeper Standard would be $150. To deposit and withdraw more, you would have to install WebMoney Keeper WinPro or WebPro.

How can I top up my WebMoney account?

Your deposit and withdrawal options on WebMoney will depend on your country. There are other ways to transfer funds to your WebMoney Z Purse for a small fee like:

• With the help of a WebMoney merchant.
• With cards or PayPal online.

We don't charge any fees for WebMoney transactions. However, WebMoney charges a 0.8% fee for transferring funds of no less than 0.01WM. Keep in mind the exchange rate of the WM Unit to your purse's currency is 1:1 (that is, 0.01WM is equivalent to 0.01USD, for a USD purse). The maximum transaction fee for a USD purse is 50WM.

How do I deposit with WebMoney?

To deposit with WebMoney, follow these steps:

1. Go to the 'Cashier'. If you're using our website or mobile app:
   
2. Hit 'Deposit' and 'WebMoney'.
3. Insert the amount you want to deposit and a bonus code, if you have one.
4. Press the green button and you'll be redirected to the WebMoney transfer page.
5. Enter your login and password or pick the type of WebMoney Keeper you are using. Then follow these steps:
   • The instructions will differ depending on the Keeper type you have. If you choose the wrong type, the system will display an error. In that case, find out the type of Keeper you have and try again.

6. In the next WebMoney Transfer screen, choose 'Receive a code' or 'Receive a code (free)' if you have activated the authorization system E-num.
7. Enter the code you receive in the 'Confirmation code' field and select 'Confirm the Payment'.
8. That's it! Now we'll credit the funds to your account.

You have 10 minutes to complete your deposit. If you exceed this time, the transaction will time out and Webmoney will cancel it. You'll need to start the process again from our 'Cashier'.

How do I withdraw using WebMoney?

To withdraw with WebMoney, you need to have made at least one successful deposit with this method in the last 12 months. If you've only used WebMoney pre-paid cards to deposit, the option to withdraw with this method will not be available to you.

If you meet these criteria, here's how to withdraw:

1. Go to the 'Cashier'. If you're using our website or mobile app:

3. Enter the amount that you want to withdraw.
4. If you have any pending automatic withdrawals, you'll see:
   • The amount and the payment methods for each automatic withdrawal.
   • The payment methods available to withdraw any remaining amount.
5. If you don't have any pending automatic withdrawals, select 'WebMoney'.
6. Your WebMoney details will show pre-populated. We'll always apply the funds to the purse that you've used for deposits.
7. Hit the green button to confirm your request.

We'll process the withdrawal in the same currency you used to make your last deposit with this method.

We'll review your request within 72 hours. The funds will be credited to your WebMoney account immediately upon approval.

You can only request one WebMoney withdrawal every 24 hours. This time frame is counted from the time we approved your last withdrawal request, not from when you submitted it.
