Play Neymar Jr Spin & Goal tournaments. You’ll get a weekly Game Day entry if you win a Spin & Goal where the prize spinner lands on the ‘Goal’ option, or if you finish in the top places of a Neymar Jr Spin & Goal Challenge leader board.

Use your entry at one of our weekly Neymar Jr Game Days. Here you’ll play in a 3-max shootout event where 27 winners will qualify for The Match. 162 entries will be available for The Match. Each Neymar Jr Game Day will also have a further $5,000 in prizes.

The Match itself will be hosted by Andre Akkari and Neymar Jr. Any prize that Neymar Jr wins will be shared with the community. Here’s how the day will go:

• Kick-off. A series of at least six tournaments will take place between randomly selected players and Neymar Jr. There’ll be up to $500,000 in guaranteed prizes to play for.
• Extra Time. There’ll be up to $250,000 in prizes up for grabs across our three Extra Time tournaments. Selected players will be invited to play against Neymar Jr.
• Penalty Shootout. The final tournament will have a $250,000 first prize. Random players will be invited to battle it out.

All prizes won during Kick-off tournaments can be kept, or players can decide to spin again which will either increase of decrease its value. Prizes won during Extra Time tournaments will all be subject to an additional spin – this will be voted on by the audience.

When we said The Match would be interactive, we weren’t kidding.

• The Match is a series of tournaments with three players maximum. Each tournament will be played on the PokerStars Client during a video and audio call.
• During the promotion, players with an account on PokerStars site can qualify for The Match by playing Neymar Jr Spin & Goal (as set out below.) See here for terms and conditions of Neymar Jr Spin & Goal tournaments.
• Initially, a number of participants will join the video/audio call. The actual number of participants in the call will be decided by PokerStars. At the beginning of the call, at least 20 participants will be randomly invited to play amongst themselves and against Neymar Jr for a total prize pool of up to $1,000,000 (this will be distributed throughout The Match).
• To participate in the promotion and play in The Match, participants are required to have active video and audio calling software and must connect to the call with audio and video switched on (as further instructed by PokerStars). Failing to join the call could result in a participant being disqualified from the promotion and not being eligible to play a tournament and/or win any prize money distributed during The Match.

• The Match will be divided into three sections called the Kick-off, Extra Time and Penalty Shootout:
• Kick-off is a series of at least six tournaments between selected players and Neymar Jr, with prizes of up to $500,000 in total. The actual amount of the prizes will be defined during the call by a random mechanic. Selected players will be randomly invited to play in one of the Kick-off tournaments. Neymar Jr will play in all Kick-off tournaments. Not all players will be selected to play in the Kick-off.
• Extra Time is a series of three tournaments with total prizes of up to $250,000. The actual amount of the prizes will be defined by a random mechanic. Selected players will be randomly invited to play in one of the Extra Time tournaments. Neymar Jr will play in all Extra Time tournaments. Not all players will be selected to play Extra Time.
• Penalty Shootout is the final tournament with a $250,000 first prize. Selected players will be randomly invited to play in the Penalty Shootout. Neymar Jr will not play in the Penalty Shootout. Not all players will be selected to play in the Penalty Shootout.
• All prizes won by players during the Kick-off can be either increased or decreased based on an option that will be selected by the winning players. At the end of each Kick-off tournament, each player who has won a prize may be asked if they want to keep the prize they have won or select a random option that will determine if the prize is increased or decreased.
• All prizes won by players during the Extra Time can be either increased or decreased by the participants in the audience.  At the end of each Extra Time tournament, participants in the audience (excluding any players who played in the Extra Time) will be required to select a random option via interactive voting. Based on that option, the prizes will be increased or decreased.
• All prizes won by Neymar Jr during the Kick-off and Extra Time will be evenly distributed among all the participants and players who have not won any prizes.
• Prizes will be manually credited to players’ PokerStars accounts after the conclusion of The Match.
• By playing Neymar Jr Spin & Goal, players will be able to qualify for The Match in two different ways:
• By winning a Neymar Jr Spin & Goal with a ‘Goal’ prize. ‘Goal’ prizes are specific prizes that are indicated at the beginning of a Neymar Jr Spin & Goal during the prize spinner.
• By finishing in the top 10 of the Neymar Jr Spin & Goal daily leader board for each eligible buy-in. See here for terms and conditions for Neymar Jr Spin & Goal Challenges.
• A player who wins a Neymar Jr Spin & Goal with the ‘Goal’ prize, or finishes in the top 10 of a Neymar Jr Spin & Goal daily leader board for each eligible buy-in, will automatically win an entry to a ‘Neymar Jr Game Day’. Neymar Jr Game Days are weekly shootout tournaments with a maximum of three players. They will take place every Sunday throughout the promotion at 20:00 ET.
• Each weekly Neymar Jr Game Day awards $5,000 prizes which will be distributed in tournament tickets, as well as entries to the call.
• Entries to The Match are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be sold.
• All issued tickets for the Neymar Jr Game Day are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• All issued tickets for the Neymar Jr Game Day will expire on July 11, 2021 at 23:59 ET and any unused tickets will be forfeited without any compensation.

Duration of the promotion

• This promotion will be valid from 10:00 ET on May 31, 2021 until 23:59 ET on July 11, 2021.
• Throughout the duration of the promotion, we will run one weekly Neymar Jr Game Day tournament, awarding tournament tickets and entries to The Match.
• The Match shall take place no earlier than July 12, 2021.
• Participants will be contacted by PokerStars and informed about the exact time and day of The Match and the call. The exact format and rules will be further explained to the participants. Before the call we may make any security checks that we may deem required. Participants will be requested to confirm their attendance to the call based on the instructions they will received by us.

Who is eligible to take part and how customers can qualify?

• Any player who holds an active and verified real money account on our PokerStars Site can participate in the promotion and The Match.
• All Neymar Jr Spin & Goal players will automatically be entered into the qualifying process for The Match, except players who reside in France, Belgium, Bulgaria or Czech Republic.

What else customers need to know

• Failure to reply to PokerStars enquiries after qualifying for The Match and/or confirming attendance to the call will result in a participant being disqualified from the promotion and The Match. They would not be eligible to win any prize money distributed during The Match.
• PokerStars reserves the right to disqualify participants during the vetting process ahead of the call.
• During The Match, participants are not allowed to communicate with, approach, or in any way make contact with any person outside of The Match.
• We reserve the right to photograph and record any/all parts of the call and The Match and to promote and/or broadcast/webcast them across any PokerStars channels. All participants will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and a Release Form (including an image release form) ahead of the call. All participants will be requested to provide all permissions, consents and licenses necessary to enable us to use their name, image, photograph and likeness in relation to any promotion of The Match in any medium available to us.
• We will have absolute discretion to approve the clothing and apparel worn by the participants at The Match during the call. A dress code will be provided to participants ahead of the call. We will also have the right to remove any logo(s), image(s) or word(s) on participants’ clothing and apparel, which in our opinion (or the opinion of an authorised third party acting on our behalf) contravenes the requirements of any broadcaster, applicable laws and codes of practice or rules of any regulatory body. No forms of company names and/or brand logo(s) other than as approved by us will be permitted on The Match. Any participant wearing clothing or in possession of items not approved by us will not be able to participate in the call and The Match.
• All players who wish to participate in the promotion and The Match acknowledge, agree and warrant that they will not:
• make any public announcement and/or mention anything related to The Match or any element in relation thereto, including but not limited to their involvement/participation in The Match, the name of The Match, the format and exact rules of the Match, without our prior written consent;
• record any part of The Match and/or release such recording to any medium and/or channel; and
• record and/or capture the image of any of the participants and/or Neymar Jr during the call.
• All players who wish to participate in the promotion and The Match acknowledge and agree that profanity, violent behaviour or other forms of misconduct will not be permitted at the call any time during The Match, including, without limitation, verbal expressions, gestures or any other known form of anti-social behaviour likely to cause offence, ridicule or denigrate another individual.
• For all participants, smoking cigarettes or e-cigarettes, alcohol and branded beverages will be prohibited during the full duration of the call.
• Failure to abide by the above or follow PokerStars instructions during the call will result in a participant being disqualified from the promotion and The Match. They would not be eligible to win any prize distributed during The Match.
• In case any players do not wish to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and a Release Form and/or do not wish to abide by the requirements stated, they shall not participate in the promotion.
