Ace Chase Mission Terms and Conditions (“Key Terms”)
These Key Terms apply to the Ace Chase Mission competition (“Competition”), which gives eligible players the chance to win a place in a special cash game alongside PokerStars ambassadors and other invited players.
1. The promoter of the Competition is REEL Estonia Ltd (“Promoter”, “we” or “us”), whose registered office is at Douglas Bay Complex, King Edward Road, Onchan, Isle of Man, IM3 1DZ.
2. By entering the Competition, participants (“Entrant(s)”) agree to be bound by these Key Terms. In addition, (i) the general terms and conditions for promotions (“General Promo Terms”) that apply to all promotions and competitions organised by the Promoter in connection with the PokerStars.ee website (“Site”), and (ii) the Ace Chase promotion terms and conditions (“Ace Chase Terms”) on the Site also apply to the Competition.
3. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Twitch, Discord, X, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network.
4. PokerStars ambassadors and other invited players are not responsible for the operation of the Competition and have no liability to any Entrant in connection with the Competition.
5. The Competition is open to eligible players on PokerStars.com and the participating PokerStars sites in Bulgaria, Estonia and Romania. Players from these sites will compete for the same Sleeper Agent Prizes, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to their respective markets. “Sleeper Agent” is defined in clause 20 and “Sleeper Agent Prize” is defined in clause 24. An Entrant may enter both missions and may win a Sleeper Agent Prize in each mission.
Who is eligible?
6. Entrants must meet the eligibility requirements as specified in these Key Terms, the General Promo Terms and the Ace Chase Terms. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in an entry being invalid and/or forfeiture of any prize.
7. Entrants must be at least 21 years of age and have a verified and validated account on the Site. Proof of identification, age and address may be required at the request of the Promoter and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct any ID and security checks it sees fit to confirm Entrants comply with all eligibility requirements.
8. Entrants must have been subscribed to the Twitch channel of the relevant ambassador continuously for at least three months before the start of the qualification period for the mission they wish to enter. For mission 2, a subscription to either Sebastian Huber’s or Marle Spragg’s Twitch channel for that period will satisfy this requirement. The Promoter may require proof of subscription history and account ownership.
9. Entrants must have a Discord account through which their entry can be verified and direct messages can be received from the relevant PokerStars ambassador.
10. Entrants must not permit or allow another person to take part in the Competition on their behalf.
How to qualify and how the Competition works
11. The Competition will take place between October 29, 2026 and November 21, 2026 (“Competition Period”) and consists of 2 (two) separate missions, each announced on Benjamin Spragg’s Discord channel.
12. To be considered for a place in a mission's Sleeper Agent draw, an Entrant must: (a) satisfy the eligibility requirements above; (b) submit their verified username on the Site through the entry route specified in the mission announcement on Benjamin Spragg’s Discord channel by the applicable deadline; and (c) opt in to Ace Chase promotion on the Site and record a qualifying score on at least one of the 3 (three) daily leaderboards during the relevant qualification period.

14. Qualifying Ace Chase play on the Site must comply with the Ace Chase Terms, including the opt-in requirement, eligible tables and stakes, eligible hands and daily attempt limit. For this Competition, only an Entrant’s highest qualifying score on each relevant qualifying day counts; scores are not added together across attempts or days.
How the Sleeper Agent is selected
15. For each mission, the Promoter will identify up to 15 (fifteen) Entrants to participate in the Sleeper Agent draw, drawn from the 5 (five) highest scoring eligible Entrants on each of the 3 (three) qualifying days, subject to clause 16.
16. Each Entrant may receive no more than one entry in a mission’s draw. Where an Entrant is among the 5 (five) highest scoring eligible Entrants on more than one qualifying day, they will be included in the draw based on their earliest qualifying day. On each subsequent qualifying day, any place that would otherwise have been allocated to that Entrant will instead be allocated to the next highest scoring eligible Entrant on that day who has not already qualified for the draw. This process will continue as necessary to identify up to 15 (fifteen) eligible Entrants.
17. The relevant ambassador(s), acting on behalf of the Promoter, will randomly select one potential winner and one reserve from the pool of up to 15 (fifteen) eligible Entrants.
18. The potential winner will be contacted by direct message on Discord on the notification date specified below. To accept the prize, they must respond by the applicable acceptance deadline and confirm that they can participate in the relevant mission game for its full duration, unless their allocated funds are exhausted earlier in accordance with clause 27.

19. If the potential winner does not accept the prize in accordance with clause 18 by the applicable deadline, or is disqualified or found to be ineligible before the applicable reserve acceptance deadline, the prize will be offered to the reserve, who will be contacted by direct message on Discord. The reserve must accept the prize by the applicable reserve acceptance deadline specified in the table above and must satisfy all eligibility requirements. If neither the potential winner nor the reserve accepts the prize and satisfies the applicable eligibility requirements by their respective deadlines, no Sleeper Agent Prize will be awarded for that mission.
20. A selected Entrant who accepts the prize by the applicable deadline and continues to satisfy the eligibility requirements becomes that mission’s “Sleeper Agent”. The relevant ambassador will send them the game password and joining instructions by direct message on Discord. The password must not be shared.
The mission games and prizes
21. Each mission will consist of a password-protected, real money No Limit Hold’em cash game on the Site, lasting 90 (ninety) minutes from 13:00 ET to 14:30 ET. The applicable blinds, ante and buy-in limits will be displayed in the game lobby and may be changed by the Promoter. Any hand in progress at 14:30 ET will be played to completion and will count towards the Bonus Prize where it meets the requirements of clause 29.
22.Each mission game will comprise the Sleeper Agent and up to 5 (five) PokerStars ambassadors and/or invited players. The anticipated participants include Benjamin Spragg, Marle Spragg, Sebastian Huber, Joe Bold and Nick Walsh. The line-up for each mission is subject to change, and the participating players will be confirmed by the Promoter before the relevant mission game.
23. If a Sleeper Agent accepts the Sleeper Agent Prize but fails to attend the mission game at its scheduled start time, they will forfeit their Sleeper Agent Prize.
24. The Sleeper Agent prize for each mission consists of a place in that mission’s game and USD 1,000 credited to their account on the Site to fund their participation (the “Sleeper Agent Prize”). There are up to 2 (two) Sleeper Agent Prizes in total, one per mission.
25. The Sleeper Agent must initially buy in for the maximum amount permitted at the mission game table, using funds from their Sleeper Agent Prize. If their table stack is exhausted, they must replenish it to the maximum amount permitted at the mission game table, using their remaining Sleeper Agent Prize funds, or to the extent possible with those funds, subject to the applicable minimum buy-in requirements, and continue playing. The Sleeper Agent may also top up their table stack during the game, up to the maximum amount permitted, using their remaining Sleeper Agent Prize funds. They must continue playing for the duration of the mission game, unless their Sleeper Agent Prize funds and any winnings from the game are exhausted earlier or they have insufficient funds to meet the applicable minimum buy-in requirements.
26. At the end of the mission game, the Sleeper Agent may keep any remaining funds from their Sleeper Agent Prize, together with any winnings from the game.
27. If the Sleeper Agent exhausts their Sleeper Agent Prize funds and any winnings through participation in the mission game before the end of the 90 minute session, they will not be required to continue playing. The Sleeper Agent must not use their own funds to continue participating in the mission game.
28. There is also an additional prize of USD 1,000 per mission for the player who wins the most hands while holding at least one ace during that mission (“Bonus Prize”). All players participating in the mission game are eligible for the Bonus Prize. If two or more players are tied for the highest number of qualifying winning hands, the Bonus Prize will be divided equally between those players.
29. For the Bonus Prize, only hands at the designated mission game table that reach showdown count.
30. The Bonus Prize will be credited to the winner’s or winners’ account(s) on the Site within 72 hours of the end of the relevant mission game.
What else do Entrants need to know?
31. The mission games will be streamed on the participating players’ Twitch channels and may be recorded. By accepting the Sleeper Agent Prize, the Sleeper Agent acknowledges that their participation, PokerStars username, table actions and game results may be visible in these streams and recordings. Clips from the games may also be edited and used by the Promoter for editorial and promotional purposes, including on its social media channels. The Sleeper Agent’s hole cards will not be revealed during the live streams unless the relevant hand reaches showdown.
32. If the Promoter wishes to promote the Competition and the prize winners for PR purposes, it will seek the winners’ consent and the winners may be asked to provide a quote about the win, their name, their town/city of residence and a photograph for publication on the Site and the Promoter’s social channels.
